Store Policies and Shipping InformationPayment Methods Accepted
We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards, Money Orders, and PayPal. (Sorry we are unable to accept payment with debit cards.) Full payment including shipping charges must accompany your order before your item(s) are shipped. We hand process all orders ourselves, so that if an item that you order no longer be available, we will let you know immediately and your credit card will not be charged.Shipping Options and Terms
Shipping to USA Addresses:
We suggest U.S. Priority Mail (2-6 business days), $5.95 for the 1st book (item) and $4.50 for each additional book.
Or U.S. Media Mail (4-14 business days) shipping rates are $3.50 for the 1st book and $2.95 for each additional book ordered.
All U.S. orders are shipped with delivery confirmation at no extra charge to you, however if you would like to pay for postal insurance it can be added to your order.
Shipping to Canada:
Priority shipping is $10.95 per book for most. First Class International is also available and may be necessary if the item is too large to fit in a flat rate envelope.
Shipping to other International Addresses:
We prefer to ship via Priority whenever possible to reduce travel time. $12.95 per book in most cases, unless it is especially heavy or oversized. First Class International is also available.
Depending on the size and weight of the book(s), CDs or tapes you are interested in, shipping costs may vary. Send us an email with the titles you are interested in, your location, and how soon you need your order and we can customize your shipping and give you an exact price before you place your order.Free Delivery for Most Local Customers
If you happen to live within the city limits of Kokomo, Indiana (our homebase), and you order $15.00 or more, we will deliver your order free of charge.Condition
Most books, CDs, VHS tapes, and DVDs are used but are in good, very good, or even like new condition unless noted otherwise. As we list each item, we try to carefully describe any marks, wear, or defects. However, if you do have questions about the condition or availability of a particular item, we welcome your inquiries.Returns
Satisfaction is Guaranteed. Please let us know within 10 days by email if you wish to return an item. Condition of the item must be the same as when we shipped. Upon its return, you will be given a full refund of the book (or item) price, less the shipping fee. If the return is necessary because we made an error in our description, we will pay for all shipping costs. |
